Time for an industrial-chic lunch

Salt & Copper is housed in a converted old mechanical workshop, seamlessly blending industrial-chic aesthetics with stylish interiors. Salt & Copper follows a farm-to-table philosophy, sourcing ingredients from local farmers and producers and their menu reflects this. Some of our lunch favourites here are the Blue Flag pizza featuring parma ham, brie and green figs and the Porka flatbread with slow-roasted pork neck, feta, rocket, chimichurri and sour cream. After lunch pop in at the Copper Lounge, where you can learn about the distilling process and enjoy gin-tasting sessions presented by Harmony Distillery.
